I completed the two week boot camp today. I have always been in good shape, I run long distance on a regular basis. When I first signed up, I was thinking that this course would be relatively easy for me to complete. I was gravely mistaken. I can truly say that I have received the best two weeks of workouts in my entire life. Not only do I feel that the workouts were superior, but the positive mental attitude that I have taken with me throughout the day is truly exceptional. I credit your course for this change. Hooyah!

Civilians do not have access to this quality of leadership. They run a very, very good program and are an inspiration to the rest of us working 60 hours a week downtown watching our health erode. Thank you for making a difference in each bootcamper's life. Sounds hokey… but it's true. One does not meet people like you at the office coffee bar or next management seminar.
Physically it acted as the wake-up call from hell, to my 44th year!
The Course was the best thing I ever did, regardless of my future goals. I felt something inside being tapped which I had never felt before. Congratulations on a great course… there isn't a person I wouldn't recommend it to!
This is the best physical conditioning course I have ever taken.
This is the most grueling and most rewarding physical challenge that I have undertaken. The course far exceeded my expectations and goals. I just wish I would have known about it years ago!
So far I have lost 8 lbs (in 3 weeks) and a notch on my belt. My abdomen is shrinking and I have gone down one dress size!
Since my first exposure to this program (about 8 weeks ago) I have nearly tripled the amount of pushups/sit-ups. I've lost around 20 lbs and a complete waist size!
I lost weight. I gained stamina, strength, and got a little tougher mentally. It was all I wanted (And More).
This course has given me a supercharged kick in the butt attitude towards putting out and getting results. I love it!
Focus on teamwork was the best team building session I've ever been to. Corporate programs just don't cut it. Wish my colleagues at work would join.
There were two major parts that I loved about the course! First, after a few days of the hellish calisthenics, I found a mental strength that I can't remember seeing in myself for 18 or more years. Secondly, I loved the values and ideals that the instructors stressed. I think in the last two weeks I have remembered and learned more about myself than anything in the last twenty years. You have my sincerest gratitude.
Bodycamp provides an opportunity to get individuals back into shape and yet, it eases you into it.
I liked the common sense approach… not pushing our bodies into something it was not ready for.
What I liked best about the course is that I was able to accomplish the goals I wanted to achieve - becoming more disciplined, raising self esteem, obtaining better physical fitness. I like that we compete against ourselves and not others. I also like that we are encouraged to challenge ourselves and not stay at a comfort zone.
I like the disciplined approach. Its also very motivating being with individuals of different ages who have different abilities. It's very encouraging working in a group, because it makes exercising easier. This course is an awesome experience and pitched at just the right level!!
I enjoyed it immensely. I feel good and strong at this point and ready to step up my workouts a notch or two. The course provides a progressive and disciplined way to get back into a fitness routine.
I am running more and I like doing "AT LEAST" 30 minutes of running/walking.
The results. 7# weight loss. 1 inch in waist, 1/2 inch loss in chest. Feel better. Noticeable change in physical strength, endurance.
I lost weight, and started my body into a routine that will be more suited for my current health status.
I feel healthier, my pants are looser & I sleep much better.
The course helped me in working out the kinks, getting into shape, improving self-esteem, but best of all quick recovery from exertion. I Can do much more now with less body stress.
The course benifited me because it provided the discipline I need to exercise daily and I always feel great afterwards! In the past, I would get up early planning to exercise; however, I would convince myself to go to work early instead. The breakthrough for me has been the commitment to get up early and go to the course without thinking – I just do it and I feel stronger every day.
I feel motivated and strong again! Just what I needed and wanted!
I cannot believe how my body has changed in just five weeks. As of wednesday, I lost 8 pounds. During our fitness test today I did 30 sit-ups and 27 push-ups in one minute. I am gaining strength at a rate of 5-6 sit-ups/push-ups each week, which is amazing to me.
You have something to be proud of here… a group of people all from different lifestyles and backgrounds that without this program might not have had the opportunity to be introduced to proper exercise methods. All who stayed showed amazing progress.
IInstructor Walston is spectacular!!! I have been very pleased that he takes an interest in everyone at the class and is motivated to help us avoid injury. I know how easy it is to get overconfident and feel indestructible. I experienced a lower back muscle pull, which has given me a sense of reality. Jack’s handling of my situation and the class in general, allowed me to ratchet back a little, which kept me from dropping out when the pain was severe. My back feels much better now and i was able to do situps for the first time in a week, so I'm very encouraged.
I'm on my own now. I’ll take what I’ve learned and apply it to a daily routine. My pants are getting looser. I HAD A GREAT TIME!!!
Bodycamp has been a great incentive to get up each morning. There’s something great about getting together with the same group of people and toughing out the morning as a team. And there's something to say about the people who have been there longer than me; they accept everyone equally… making you part of the small determined family. We grumble, laugh, cheer each other on and in this day and age that's a beautiful rarity.
