A step up from Bodycamp. Just like it sounds, P.E. in the Park offers general fitness classes for all levels. It's P.E. or Phys. Ed. at its best – totally outdoors!
Why this alternative program?
How much does it cost? Monthly fee of $69. Or $157 for 3 months (12 classes for less than two personal training session!) Add Saturday mornings in for just $25/monthly with an existing membership or $50 a la carte! Drop in Rate- Reserve online for just $20 per class.

Is this bootcamp? No, but it is a “bootcamp” style workout (exercises & drills)! P.E. in the Park Classes are General Fitness classes for anyone wanting a results based workout totally outdoors. No yelling, no mud, no team building, etc. – all of that is reserved for bootcamp students!
Who instructs the class? P.E. participants will receive the best instruction from SEAL P.T. Instructors.
What do the workouts consist of? 60 minutes of standard “head to toe” calisthenics workouts enhanced with walking/running. As most of you know, calisthenics use your own body weight to provide resistance needed to strengthen muscles so you don't need fancy equipment or lots of money to get in top physical condition. We want to see results!
