What is a typical day of Bootcamp?
A typical day is 90 minutes of non-stop full body PT That”scalisthenics Navy SEAL style. The SEAL PT workout is the same onethat Navy SEALs utilize, it can be “taken on the road” withoutthe use any equipment. At SEAL PT Bootcamp, every day is different.One day you may focus on upper body, the next lower body and thenext running. No worries if you're not a runner, you can start offspeed walking, we'll have you running at the end of 2 weeks! How?Not only will you be tapping into motivation you never thought youhad, but you’ll also be taking part in expert training fromJack Walston and his team which includes his exclusive“running clinic”. Finally this is a team effort. Youget to know each other both on and off the field. How well yourteam works together determines the number of Team Work Drills, designedto get you going both physically and mentally!
