Because it's needed! With the mindset that fitness is for everyone, we are offering this affordable alternative for anyone who is not ready or doesn't have the time to commit to one of our other programs. Basically, it's the natural “fit” for that in-between workout (Bodycamp vs. Bootcamp) that so many people have requested. This is a drop in class and attendance is voluntary. How much does it cost? When & where are the workouts? Is this bootcamp? How is this different from Lifers? Who instructs the class? What do the workouts consist of? How do new students register?

Although there is no deadline for registration, classes do fill up and will be posted as FULL in that event. Don’t risk it, register early! Are there shower/dressing facilities at the park? Is there a required uniform for warm-up training? What time should I arrive? Where should I park? Is it safe to leave valuables in my car? Do you recommend the warm-up training? Do I have to purchase any additional gear? I have a Yoga mat will that work? Do I have to fill out any paperwork?
